Aoto is a Special Forces 'secret section' commander ' who is in charge of the incidents which Interpol can not solve. Though he is only 15 years old, he is very gifted with a 200 or more-IQ.  There is no boyish innocence about him. He passes calm judgment and is always self-possessed. Aoto makes every decision without applying any emotional feelings.
