Backgrounds

(FO)	When I got this BG, I purchased it because I thought it looked like some sort of strange, Cyclopean head carved into the wall. When I saw it in person, rather than the cropped down thumbnail, it turns out it's just half of a person's face. Makes it much less strange...but I can still pretend that it's a creepy one-eyed creature. Since this is the first on the page: These are all backgrounds purchased separately from any cel, simply because I found them nice enough to be a stand-alone piece.
(FO)	Funky, funky dome! The design looks very...sea-shelly. The interior looks a bit odd as well. (Filled with spiky cucumbers?) It's like a contrast to the under-sea domes in which air-breathing creatures live, in that it looks like a terrestrial dome for sea creatures or something. Seeing as I have no idea where it comes from, I couldn't really say. But it's got such a bright, cheerful colour scheme!
(FO)	I liked the design and the art. Very detailed, a bit creepy and strange.. It rather reminds me of the old He-Man cartoons, though I'm not quite sure why. I haven't seen them in ages, so I can't say, but something in the back of my mind tells me that it reminds me of them. Not that I actually think it comes from He-Man; I haven't a clue from whence this hails.

(NFS)	Cute, toothy, sleepy-looking pseudo-gargoyle. I like the blue tones, stormy clouds, and gloomy lighting.
