Such a beautiful cel. I absolutely love the colours. I picked this one up
at NDK '02; I was browsing around the various booths, and noticed that one, which
was selling mostly Japanese DVDs & LDs, also had a book of cels. I browsed
through until I came upon this one, and knew I had to own it. Just gorgeous colouring.
My ex-roommates had Generator Gawl on DVD, and kept telling me to watch it. For whatever reason, I never had time to when they wanted me to, so I never did. I really must watch it at some point. |

Random unknown woman. She came with my Generator Gawl cel, so she may be from that
series. Or she may not. I really don't know. She's actually more oversized than shown, but I didn't feel like making two swipes to get extra empty-space. She's kind of pretty though, isn't she? Confirmed! She is indeed from Gawl. |

I figured this one was a Gundam, though I wasn't well-versed enough to recognize
exactly where it came from. Mostly, I just loved the helmet design. I'm
such a dork.
After sitting around on the unknown page for a while, I finally got some info from ZeroWingW, and Ryo (to whom I owe thanks for many uknown-cel IDs.) This is Neo-Germany's Gundam Spiegel (Shadow Gundom in the US dub), and one keen mech! ...Of course, I knew the latter part on my own. |

(TFO) | From Giant Robo. My ex-roommate told me I should get cels from this series, and we were glancing through the ones at AWS when I was picking a few other things up, there. I regret missing out on a lot of other nice cels that they used to have up, but I was a bit short on money with my other orders, and could only pick out one. While I'm usually not big on super-close-ups, this one appealed to me for some reason. I like the emotion in his eyes, and the monotone colour scheme. |

Here it is, a cel from an adorable, heart-warming family show about some dogs.
Yep. That's exactly what this show is. Do ignore that blood. I was rather pleased to snag both of these cels from this classic series at one of Mandarake's "Big Web Auctions." I've actually not seen the animated version, but I really enjoyed the manga incarnations of Gin and Weed. |
![]() (NFS) | Awww. Big, tough, killer puppy Gin has a happy moment. I really just loved the expression in this shot. While spinning, decapitating puppies-o'-doom are still pretty awesome in my books, I couldn't pass up such an adorable shot. |
![]() (TFO) | Nice big group shot from Gokudo-kun Manyuki. I just couldn't resist how nice it looks as a whole scene. With all the characters, the background and foreground, it just really sets up well, and I like the layout. I don't know if I can explain much better than that, but I was just drawn to the cel. The ground's on a foreground layer (in between the cel layers) and it's a book cel. Also came with the original rough/layout sketch, which is just added goodness. |

Much thanks goes to Sonia for telling me where these previously unknown
cels came from, and who they're of. These three were freebies, and I really liked the art and colouring. This first one is Hikaru, and she looks just smashing in her PJs. |
![]() (FO) | Another one of Hikaru, looking adorable in her pajamas. She looks so cute, I'm almost tempted to purchase some cels from this series. Or at least watch it. |

One last freebie, which I'm told is of Sigil. I love the colouring in
this little shot. Such nice blue tones. I'm a sucker for monochromatic
lighting, and even more so when it is blue. I love blue.
She's got cute little pajamas too, eh? |
