Haunted Junction

Adorable little cel from Haunted Junction, of Haruto and Teke Teke, that I picked up on a whim. I picked up a few random whim-cels at AX, despite my attempts to be good and focus on things I really, really wanted.
There were several cels from this sequence tucked into the same slot in a book; I didn't realize that 'til after I pulled out the top one. I was going to buy the first I saw, but ended up liking this one even more. Yay!
I love that cute little spirit. It makes me want to watch HJ again. It's been a few years.

Silly cute little thing. I don't remember the scene offhand, so I'm not sure why the painted area is as limited as it is. Suppose I'll have to rewatch eventually, and get it all sorted out.

Hell Teacher Nube

(TFO)	Tamamo, from Hell Teacher Nube. Yet another guy in my gallery with long, lavender hair. There's just something I like about characters with purple hair (Well, the guys, and most females with the glaring exceptions of Aeka and Shampoo.) Aside from his looks, he's a cool character; a fox-spirit, and a bit indecisive on whether he wants to be a good or bad guy. Gotta love 'im.
(NFS) (NFS)	Another pretty cel of pretty Tamamo. Cels of him are usually nicely affordable, but unfortunately not as common as I'd like. I could definitely stand to get more of this lovely fellow. A nice combination of likeable personality, interesting character, and appealing design. What can I say? I'm a sucker for any shade of violet hair. (Yeah, so I'm a sucker for a lot of things..)
(NFS)	I've actually had this cel for quite a while, but somehow the thumbnail got lost in the shuffle. I couldn't resist this lovely image. I love how much detail there is in just a pair of silhouettes, and how the eyes and highlights are worked in with unpainted areas.

Uh...ah...um... Well. I dunno. I really have no idea. I'm not sure I want to know. This one somehow snuck along among a number of other purchases. And it terrifies me, I tell you. It gives me the most horrifying nightmares.

Agh, it somehow figures that when I finally get a cel from HxH it'd just be some random critter, doesn't it? Someday, perhaps I'll start buying cels of the characters, but I'm already spread so thin, and the nice cels of the characters I really like tend to be a bit more pricey than I'm ready for. I passed this one up on a previous Taro sale, but this time around I just went ahead and ordered it while I was getting some other things anyway. It's damned nifty.
