Shiro himself was likeable enough, but Dark Shiro was just bwonderful.
Of course, it didn't hurt that he was
voiced by Matsuyama Takashi, my favourite seiyuu.
Of course, evil, creepy, long-haired fellows usually rank
high in my books, anyway. He certainly is looking quite evil
and creepy here, isn't he?

Here's Shiro, looking very determined. I almost didn't purchase this
cel, but my roommate convinced me that I should, and I haven't regretted it since.
The detail is wonderful, and the art very nice. I really love his eyes.
I tend to overlook Shiro a bit, as I like many of the other characters more, but
I really do like normal, vanilla-flavoured Shiro as well.
(I just like him more when he's Dark Shiro.)

I'm in love with this cel.. Not only is it a nice cel of a character I like, and
a flashback cel at that, not only does it have really nifty-creepy lighting,
it doesn't even stop at beinng a dramatic key scene...no, it's gotta be
cute as all hell.
It's Hajime when he was Shiro. Isn't he so adorable?
Don't you want to squeeze him?

Another nice shot of Shiro, that loveable lad. He's looking a bit stressed out; I
think he needs a hug.
If you couldn't guess, it's very late, and I'm very sleepy
as I'm writing this. So...many...descriptions to write... YARGH!

I'm not qute sure if the background's matching, but it looks nice, and I think it's
from the series, at least. Besides, I can't argue with a nice, pretty background.

Awwww..! Isn't Hajime just the cutest darned thing? I couldn't possibly resist
the boy looking so happy.
If only I could find a cel of him with his natto... But
this is still entirely adorable.

Shiro in one of his screwed-up moments. Moments before he realizes he got
suckered *again* and moments after he just beat Jiyu's father with his
schoolbag. Bantarou's just such a charismatic leader, how could anyone
resist?
Goodness, this show is just fabulous.

A delightfully silly cel of Shiro writing in his diary. He's so serious
and intense, in such a completely not-serious way when he's writing.
I
couldn't resist the strange angle or the priceless expression. He looks
like he's got a little pin-head.

Yes, another cel of Dark Shiro! How could I possibly resist it? I couldn't, I
tell you! It shows off his hair very well, not to mention the sword. Oh, how I do
love a man with a sword. (I leave all analyses of the inherent symbolism up to
the readers.)
As much as I like this cel, I found I really loved the sketch.

Just a nice, simple cel of Shiro. I was buying a few other things at the time,
and for some reason I couldn't really identify in words, this cel appealed to me.
I like the calm, peaceful expression.

Nick's big sale made me a very happy Jubei-chan
collector, it did. I managed to snag a slew of cels I had long admired for much less than I ever would've
imagined.
