I saw a pair like these on YJ a while back, and really wanted to bid, but I ended
up being too late, and lost out. I always regretted it, so I was particularly pleased
when these came up for sale.

Tenchi Muyonosuke forms up a bit. ^_^ This scene caught me so off guard, and kind
of creeped me out. I loved it.

If my memory serves (it's been a while since I've seen the series, and alas I don't
have it on DVD myself, at the time of this writing,) this is the challenge Shiro
presents to Jiyu. I looked up the kanji at some point, and intended to include
the reading in this description, and fun tidbits about it. But I don't remember,
and I've got a migraine, and I don't feel like digging out my kanji dictionary.
So there you have it. Oh, well.

I wasn't sure what to think of Mikage when she first arrived, but she really grew on me. ...As Francoise, that
is. She will always be Francoise to me. I hardly ever call her Mikage, to tell the truth.
I just thought it was a pretty great shot of her, since some of my other cels of her aren't especially
flattering.
Great confused expression, and there's a bit of Koinosuke draped over her shoulder.

I was having some trouble deciding which cel of her I should get -- a relatively normal-looking shot of her
without the fan in front of her face, or this one. In the end, the silliness won out. That's usually the way,
for me. Otome was quite an amusing lady, so this shot was more true to her character anyway.
Beside that, the through-the-binocs angle is a pretty neat effect.

Jiyu's wacky friend, Maro.
She's crazy, silly, and cute; almost too much. But I still love her.
Her whole thing for Jiyu's papa was a bit odd...but at the same time, I rather felt sorry for her
at points. Judging by the expression, I wouldn't be surprised if she'd just set her eyes on ol' Sai right here.
