Yay, Lassie!
I always wanted
to get cels from the Lassie anime, but it was usually too much trouble
to get them off YJ, and not many people carried them here. As such, I snatched 'em
up when a fellow collector put these up for sale.
Isn't Lassie just the cutest

Lassie's looking a little
aggressive here, which means she must be confronting some big meanie-head,
and/or protecting an innocent child. Because Lassie's just cool like that.
She's the best! Right along with Mothra. They're my personal heroines.

Back to Pure Lassie Cute! She's just so adorable. Dogs are awesome. My first year in
college, I wasn't allowed to keep one in the dorms, so I had to go back home
and visit frequently to see my darling pup at home; I got my little Genrou
my first summer, even though I had to move to a new place to keep him.
Dogs
just put me at ease, and help me be a little bit less stressed-out than I usually
am. Nothing is better for a hugging.

Lassie just needs to be hugged. Forever and ever. Oh, and groomed a bit.
Collies could use some grooming. You wouldn't want her to be tangled, would you?

This cel makes me so sad. Lassie looks so hurt and miserable. Who would
do such a thing to a nice puppy dog? Why? Why do people hurt nice puppy dogs?
Ok, so I admit it...I'm a sap who gets misty-eyed at those dog food commercials
with the puppies. Leave me alone. Stop looking at me!

One of the darned happiest cels I've got. Nothing warms the heart quite so much
as a good doggie. I feel compelled to go pet my doggie. As such, this description
is cut short.

Lassie in the midst of a gaggle of school children. Knowing Lassie, I suppose
this is a good thing. After all, she's the sort of dog who loves kids. I, on the
other hand, would be utterly miserable. But who cares about that when Lassie's happy?
I must admit, though, some of the kids' expressions are pretty darned adorable.

Aww...So adorably sweet. Little Lassie puppy. And this time, she's actually
a puppy, as opposed to me just calling a fully-grown adult dog a "puppy".
It's
so hard to find good puppy cels. Whenever dealers update Lassie cels, the puppy
cels are the first to go flying away to new homes. But who could resist such cuteness?
