Paffy gets carried around by Izumi, as usual. Izumi's such a nice
guy. I need one of those. I wonder where I can pick up a wise
priest who'll carry me around and look after me?
Moving on...
I love Katze in this shot. She's the main reason I
picked this up... So cute! Such an adorably angry look.
Oh, and the stamp's not on the cel... It was on the back of the
paper I used for contrast when I scanned.

No, our shirtless hero is not about to take a bite
out of Katze's chest, even if it might look like that.
Well, maybe it just looks like that to me.
Anyway, he's actually just yelling at her. Katze's not too
phased by it, is she? From episode 7, Katze's first appearance.
I got this cel because it was part of a lot with a cel I
really wanted, but I'm glad I got it. It's one of those cels
I can look at and just...smile.

Adeu and Gratches! I need more Gratches cels. Of course, as of this cel,
he's not looking so great. This comes in during episode 15; after a long
Gratches-free spell, the group meet up with him once more.

Purchased at a different time and place from the above, this one comes moments
later in the same scene.
I just adore Adeu's expression in this one. He
looks so cute when he's worried.
Gratches, on the other hand,
looks like he could stand to take a few days bed-rest. What's he
think he's doing, getting up? Still, he insists upon going to his brother,
who is in even worse condition.

Izumi tries to keep the peace between Sarutobi and Adeu -- of course, even Izumi
can only do so much, and the tension between those two has been building for
a while now. It's amazing it didn't evolve into a full-on fist fight. (Which
would've been bad for the heroes, but fun to watch.)
Adeu certainly looks ticked. And bandaged.

Eee.. I love these shots. The split-screen effect shots always look
so great to me. This one combines that with a cool looking fight, and just
gets even better. Gesshin versus one of the dooms. The fellow on the
bottom left is the Doom pilot, Rigel. This comes in during episode 47, as
the gang make their attack on the enemy mothership.

Not sure what their names are, but they're a cute pair of kids, yes? Indeed,
adorable they are. I love the sweet, nervous expressions. These are the
random children saved by Adeu from a Jaryuuzoku attack in episode 43.

Great shot from an important moment in episode 17 -- an important flashback, anyway.
Aside from being a good Paffy episode, this one really established Gesshin as a
genuinely important member of the group -- he has a sense of pragmatism that
helps focus and direct the group at times when no one else is quite ready to face
an ugly reality.

From episode 23, as the gang hang out on the docks, Adeu is suddenly attacked by
a swarm of rowdy pirates. The rest of the heroes don't quite know what to make
of it all, at first, but Adeu just takes it in stride...
I love how they all
leap off into the water after they knock Adeu over. Hee.

From the end of episode 9, Cutey Soldier Pink hands over a map that helps our
heroes to navigate the subterranean caves.
I just love Adeu's expression.
What in the world does he think she's going to give them? (Okay,
okay, so he's really just still reacting from being addressed as "Kishi-sama.")
