(NFS)	Izumi's looking very grim, here. Things must not be going according to plan. Poor Izumi. It must be hard, being the voice of reason and trying to keep everything in order. Not that he doesn't have his own moments of insanity. Honestly, it was that funeral joke that made me first start to like him. Poor ol' Izumi just doesn't get the love he deserves. He's kind of like Mitsukake (FY) in that he's a really nice guy, but he just doesn't get the attention because he's a little too old and...not pretty. Episode 35; Izumi is informed in no uncertain terms that his friends just aren't going to leave him to deal with his problems alone, regardless of his wishes.
(NFS)	Izumi, super close-up! Hello, Izumi, what nice teeth you have. But still...no eyes. Where have your eyes gone, poor Izumi? In episode 35 we learn that the quickest way to piss off an Izumi is to injure a Paffy. Poor ol' Izumi.
(NFS)	Izumi poses for his mug shot. The man's got no eyes. He really doesn't. I think he's got a case of Red Priest Syndrome -- if he opens his eyes, he'll let loose some horrible demon that will devour the earth. Or maybe not... Maybe I'd just keel over with surprise. From episode 35; Izumi learns the lesson Sarutobi went through in episode 12 -- namely, that your problems are everyone's problems.
(FO)	Izumi shows off his back! Hello, Izumi's back. I end up with a lot of little extra cels when I win 'bulk' auctions, but why can't I ever get a decent cel of Izumi like that? I've ended up with some nice cels of other characters, but good cels of Izumi are hard to find. (Anybody who makes the remark that Izumi just never looks good gets detention!) From episode 18; Izumi's up to something.
(NFS)	Well, I've done the big-hand jokes a million times already, so I guess I should hold myself back on this one...even if it is asking for it. Yes, it's Izumi, and yes, you can all see how gigantic his hand is. Heck, it's even got the airbrushing to draw extra attention. (As if it needed it...) But didn't I say I wasn't going to talk about the hand? You'd think it would be easy to pick out, but this one took me forever to find. From episode 38, Izumi tries to defend against an enraged Gimeru.
(NFS)	Yet another cel of good ol' Izumi doing what Izumis do best -- using his brains. I never thought I'd manage to find this one, but I stumbled past it by pure like while confirming an ID on a couple other cels on this page. From episode 18, as Izumi stands up on the bell tower and yells down to the soldiers below.
(NFS)	Neat cel of Izumi from episode 18 (from the same sequence as the one up above, of Izumi's back.) Izumi's got a plan, and you know it's going to be good -- especially since it seems to make no sense, at first. Still, Katze's all to eager to go along with it -- a free supply that she can turn around and sell for a profit. Why the heck not?
(NFS)	A nice, if somewhat generic, cel of Izumi. I guess Izumi always looks pretty "generic" though. He doesn't get a lot of expression change; it's all the eyes' fault. A good shot of him, anyway. I like Izumi.
(NFS)	Izumi, just standing and being...Izumi. This will be all sorts of fun to ID, let me tell you. I rather like this one, though. I love Izumi's contour; it's not as good as I'd like in this one, but it suffices. He's looking a bit too broad-shouldered, here. Moreso than is normal for him. Anyway...it's Izumi!
(NFS)	Odd though it may seem, I've been wanting a cel from this scene (though not necessarily this specific sequence,) for a while now. If my memory serves, episode 35 was the only time we see Izumi on one of the Gallops; normally, he just rides in the little wagon with Paffy.
(NFS)	Izumi is not a secret agent. However, if he was a secret agent...he would be Agent Orange. HEE. Oh, that's a terrible joke. Just terrible. SOYLENT ORANGE IS MADE OF PRIESTS! ...Pretty sure this one is from episode 35, too, if I'm remembering the scene correctly. Izumi was cool in this episode. I like Izumi -- heck, he's cool in every episode!
