(NFS)	Whoo! A good OAV Sarutobi at last! Huge thanks to Ryo, once again. ^_^ Of course, that goes for a good portion of my Ryuu Knight section. I'm just especially giddy about such a nice head-shot of Sarutobi from the OAV. Does an excellent job of showing off how his helmet design is different from the TV. He reminds me of a bug, this way. ^_^;; I just love the expression. Classic Sarutobi Adorable! Here Sarutobi reacts to Izumi's tale of the past..
(NFS)	From the same scene as the above; surprised, but a bit more normal expression (as much as can be achieved by such a bug-eyed fellow ^-^) and you can see a bit of his sword! At first, I didn't like the OAV helmet design as much as I did the TV design, but it has since grown on me. The OAV design is actually how he starts off in the manga; the manga characters later switch to a look closer to the TV series. His voice sounds a bit muffled in the start of the OAVs, due the mask; they didn't bother with such an effect for the TV series. Thankfully, they eventually dropped it in the OAVs, too.
	And yet another lovely shot of OAV Sarutobi. ^___^ This one shows off the outfit a bit more, and you can see more of the armour design used in the OAVs, and how it differs from his TV outfit. While the helmet is most noticeable, the chest plate and shoulder armour also have changes. Especially notable are the little 'wings' he gets. ^_^;; Two things remain consistent, at least: he's still scrawny, and he's still got his pink floof.
	This was my first Sarutobi OAV cel. ^_^ I overspent a bit on it, but I really wanted to get a shot of him from the OAV. And Adeu's there, too, showing off his Ryuu-sword. (While the characters use cards in the TV series, they summon their Ryuu via a special weapon in the OAV.) While I'd have liked a close-up shot, this one really shows off the outfits well, and it's nice for seeing the differences between the OAV and TV designs. Adeu hands over the sheath to his Ryuu sword (which was, it seems, on another layer which has since gone AWOL) in a scene shortly after the cel immediately above this one.
	Before the question comes up, no I did not pay good money for this cel. ^__^;;; This was one of those "Free to the first person who asks" cels, and I was buying things at the time, and figured "Hey, I want more OAV Sarutobi cels! ^_^;;;;" Not exactly what I had in mind, in my hunt for OAV Sarutobi, but.... It's good for a laugh. ^___^;; It's a li'l Sarutobi rear! Er...seriously, though, it had the good fortune to come with a sketch from a little farther down the line, which actually shows his face.. (Oh, I put it this way because that's how the production holes were.. They could be on the bottom, but Sarutobi does do a lot of swinging in upside-down, so I figure it's plausable that this is actually how the cel is supposed to appear. ^_^;;)
(NFS)	Oh. My. @.@ This was my single most expensive Ryuu Knight cel at the time of purchase, and without a doubt one of my absolute favourite cels. Here it is..Young Sarutobi. Oh, my. I almost fell out of my chair when I saw this cel, quite literally. I had to make it mine. Oh, and I did. You have no idea how nervous I was until this cel was finally in my hands. ^_^;; Oh, how I ranted about this cel to my roommates.. Young Sarutobi revealed in flashbacks, right as he looks over to the statue of the village's protector..he's incredibly cute.

	C-c-cuuuuuute... T.T Well, I think this one has dethroned all others as my new most expensive Ryuu Knight cel ever. Good lord. This one cost a pretty penny, especially as far as Ryuu Knight cels go. Do I care? Not in the least. I was more than happy to throw every cent of it at this beauty. @.@ This is just...so...frickin' fabulous. This may be the cutest cel I own, as far as I'm concerned. ^_^ I love. LOVE.
