	3 cel sequence with Sarutobi, Adeu, and even little Hagu Hagu. They look so determined. It seems like they're focused on a common goal for once, rather than being set on beating each other, right? Unfortunately, that common goal is to shove Izumi away so that they can get back to fighting... Disappointing, lads.. (Actually, Izumi nearly covers all but the last cel in this sequence as it plays onscreen, in episode 33.) I figured, rather than take up so much space for sequences, I'd try this animated .gif format for anything with 3+ cels from the same sequence. How's it look?
	Sarutobi roughing up Adeu (or else, some sort of bush..) These are my first decent shots of Hittel, Katze's brother. From episode 43; Sarutobi's just a wee bit bitter that he's the only one without his Spirit Stone, and Adeu seems like a convenient punching bag.. I'd say more, but I've been working on making sure everything on the page works correctly, then had to get an ani-gif maker, and make these images...and I'm exhausted, and fresh out of commentary. Whoo! 6 cel sequence.
	Sarutobi, lurking around in the darkness. Like a good ninja should. He's such an adorable little thing. I love 'im, and would certainly like more cels of him. . . but I've really run out of things to say about him by now. Argh! This is from episode 45, while Sarutobi looks after his 'patient' and waits for Adeu and the rest to beat the Dooms. 3 cel sequence.
	Sarutobi and Paffy, standing by the invisible railing of their borrowed airship. Paffy is in the process of requesting that Sarutobi put off his search for his Spirit Stone long enough to help them save a city under attack. Good ol' Sarutobi may be impatient, but he won't leave a bunch of villagers in trouble. From episode 43. 6 cel sequence.
	Another whole sequence of Sarutobi. ^_^ Nice big one, here, too. 14 cels long! Layers 4-16, 18-19, several key. Gweee.. There's nothing quite as nice as being able to animate an entire scene by oneself. - Mwuahuahahahahah... Bow down before me, for I create LIFE! kaff Ok, so maybe not.. But I can make a nice little flippy show. Lookit 'im go! From episode 45 - Sarutobi's just not in the mood to celebrate..
	An excellent little Sarutobi sequence. ^_^ I really like how you can watch the change of expression. He runs the gamut between surprised and angry; it just seems terribly nifty to me. Yes, I suppose I may be easily pleased. Especially when one takes into account just how much I love the motion in his li'l dangly things.. (Get your mind out of the gutter, you! I mean the straps that hang down from his helmet..) Aboard the ship in episode 45; Sarutobi is just not having the best night, and prepares to tell Gesshin what for.
	A sequence of fighting cels! Whee...so much prettiness, too. It's Hayatemaru vs. Doom! The Dooms are sort of like the evil versions of Ryuu, essentially. In the manga, there's just three of them, which Adeu has to fight near the climax of the series. Their purpose is essentially the same in the TV series. this particular Doom belongs to Rigel, a ranking member of the enemy; the fight comes from episode 47. Sadly, the scans did not well survive the transition to animated .gif, due to the number of colours. -.-;; The white spots aren't actually present.
	Gwah! A surprise bonus in with a huge batch of Ryuu Knight cels I got from Ryo, and I absolutely love 'em. ^__^ The art's in one of those especially cute phases that I do so enjoy, and Adeu just looks as adorable as can be in this whole partial sequence of cels. ^-^ Love-love-love! Yeow, I just noticed that, due to the different pieces of paper used to back the cels for scanning, and slight artifactual colour differences in the transition to an animated .gif, the background looks almost. . .psychedelic. From episode 39, during the cave scene.
