I was really starting to give up hope of finding this lovely cel of Zephyr in flames.
I rewatched the entire series (with lots of pausing and slow-motion) to ID as many
of my cels as possible, and just couldn't find this one in any of the likely places.
With the flame effect, things were pretty ruled down -- but it wasn't a use of
the magic sword, nor did it come in the Meteo Zapper bank footage. I guess it
figures -- it's from the last episode. (It's always the last place you look, eh?)
From episode 52, Adeu unleashes a "quickie" Meteo Zapper.

But still, with that pretty green fire!
I kept thinking this one might've
come from the op, since they don't really use the green airbrushing for the flight
effect very much, but I couldn't ever find it there. Of course, it makes sense
that I couldn't find it, since it doesn't come from the opening. This one flashes
by rather quickly in episode 52, as Adeu dodges around avoiding the line of fire.
(Ep. 52 is about the only time they make much use of the airbrushing outside
of the op.)

Our good buddy, Ryuu Paladin, seems to be in mid-flight...or floating along,
anyway. Just looks a bit odd, floating along right there.
Actually, it kind of reminds me of Helium. o.o ("Heeeeeeliuuuuuuum...")
