(NFS)	Zel, up close and personal, and in the middle of casting a spell. Pretty sure it's Ra Tilt, although I've already forgotten the scene. I don't think I'd want to be...well, right where the angle of the shot would leave the viewer. Somebody's about to get hurt.
(FO)	Just a goofy little Zel, because it seems like everyone always gets to the Zel shots before me. His expression's just adorable, and I like that you can see his sword. On the other hand, I'm a little creeped out by the "missing element" by his leg, which just has a very odd shape. There's meant to be a random extra's head in front of his leg; he's in the stadium watching the brass rackets tournament.
(NFS)	Happy, happy..! The Zel-Dilgear fight was one of my favourite parts of the early Slayers episodes. I loved Zel right off the bat, and of course I had to love Dilgear. (Anthropomorphic Canine Swordsman? Now why does that ring a bell..? ;) I love swordfights, and this one was so much fun. I'd been hoping to find a nice cel of Dilgear, and I never even expected I'd get one of him fighting with Zel. I wouldn't mind seeing a bit more of Zel, but I'm glad it has got Dilgear with sword in hand.
(FO)	Group shot, but Zel's there (and the reason I bought it) so what the heck! Zel looks terribly cute here, and this cel shows off his stlyin' cape quite well. As much as it is kind of plain, Zel's outfit is just so nice looking. As for the others...they're there, too. Yep.
(NFS)	I was utterly thrilled to see these cels up for grabs, and even more thrilled to be the grabber. Awesome shot of Zel in wonderful purple tones, from the memory/dream of his transformation. Neat, neat stuff. HUGE thanks to Travesty from Gaia for giving me the heads-up. :heart:
(NFS)	Human Zel. Cannot explain how thrilled I am to have a cel of human Zel. I've long been coveting human-Zel cels I've seen in others' galleries, and now I've finally got one of my own. Booyaka! He's so spiffy and purple. Gods, but he's got stupid hair, though.
(NFS)	There was a gap of several years between the time I saw Next and Try. In that time, I'd seen several cels from this sequence for sale. I'm not sure why they stuck out in my memory; perhaps it was just the canteen, or the way Zel's hair falls. I'm not sure. Once I finally saw Try, I immediately remembered the cels when I watched the Try ending credits. Ever since then, I wanted to snag one for my own. The AnimeGame Christmas sale was the perfect opportunity. I really do love the way Zel's hair looks here. Sometimes it's just bristly or it hangs oddly, but here it really has a pretty curl to it. Aside from the hair, I liked the scene. The thumbnail doesn't show off the armband on the canteen very well, but it's quite visible on the cel. Aww. I'm still not sure what I think of Zel and Amelia as a sort-of-couple, but I can't deny there's a cuteness.
(NFS)	This is Zel's Just Got Shot In the Head Face. Now, the face most people have after being shot in the head is likely to involve more pain or disfigurement, but Zel just smirks. I loved this scene. Zel always has the most fun when he gets to act heartless and badass. He's totally in his element at the moment, and he really looks like he's enjoying himself.
(NFS)	I've always desperately wanted a cel of Zelgadis masked. A close up from his first meeting with Lina and Gourry, when he's bargaining for the statue, would have been the very thing. Baakay has an absolutely gorgeous shot from that scene, and I completely covet it. This one's smaller, but I do like how it shows off his capelet, and I was still completely thrilled to have one with his mask and hood up.
