Please help me ID if you recognize any of these!

(FO)	Argh! I used to know his name/series, but I've since forgotten. Another one I picked up from Anime-Cel's Misc section because I loved the way it looks. This guy just looks awesome and that wacky mask is too much.
(FO)	Got this in a small lot of unknown stuff. Whim purchasing, you see. The girl's very cute, isn't she? Love the hair. You can just barely see the top of his head, and one of his arms, but there's another boy behind her. Not a clue where it comes from, but it's awfully adorable.
(FO)	Another cute girl. Doesn't look like the same art style as the last one, though. She's got a cute expression, and nice hair, anyway The eyes are also much prettier than the little scan can show.
(NFS)	Yeah, I got the above unknown cels for the sake of this one. The second I saw it, I was reminded of the branch-bearing ninja in the Tick comics, who pretend to be a hedge. It was amusing enough, I had to go for it. I really am insane. I'm aware. Almost as much as these guys, whoever they are.
(FO)	Hello, Cowboy Ninja Kamen! This is just insane; I have no idea what it's from, but he's in a ninja suit, with a silly mask, and he's got a lasso (other cels available from the sequence had him swinging it around, so that's what it is.) It's just absolutely ridiculous; and as we all know, Mala Likes Ridiculous.
(TFO)	. . . . . . . . Oh, good gods. Do I need to say anything about this one? Really.. Destro's cousin does shows in Vegas! I'm pretty sure these guys are from Tobe Isami, judging by the art style, and I've seen some similar-looking characters from that show...but I'll wait until I'm really certain to move it over.
(TFO)	One of the happiest cels ever. This is one of those 'cheer up' cels and it's very good at its job. I was, at one point, inspired to CG it a background of suitable cheer, and have used it as a desktop at points. Oh, how bright and happy it is. Could anyone give me a clue as to whence it hails?
(NFS)	Ooh, ooh! I have no idea what this is, or what it's from, but I love it. As much as I'm not a fan of the colour pink, it looks perfect complimented with the lilac-blue. It's like some kind of strange armour. I really want to know what this is from!
(NFS)	I was already making other purchases from the dealer from whence this lovely came, and so I had to make it mine. I know nothing about it, but with my luck something tells me it's probably from a hentai, or somesuch. Whatever. Excellent character design.
(TFO)	Wonderful-terrible cel. It's silly and cute, and I like the critter...but I admit, I probably wouldn't have gone for it if it hadn't been for Anime-cel's caption. Paraphrased, "Keep on winking all you like, kid, I'm not putting out." They're so sick and wonderful, and make me want to buy their cels purely by the virtue of the terrible captions they use. Curse them!
(FO)	Not a clue where this young lady is from. I've seen her pop up in lots before, often labeled as a Ryuu Knight cel. All I can think is that she could be from the Ryuu Knight Mac game; I've got one cel from the game, so it's a possibility. Until I get it figured out for certain, though, she gets to be an unknown.
