Here's Hamel, looking...just a tad bit upset. ^_^ Not quite the
same serious, sulky Hamel as in the TV series. I finally saw the movie
some months ago, and it was all I could've hoped for. (Well, aside from
the lack of Guitar and Trombone, anyway.)
^_^ The manga/movie Hamel's such a goofball,
and this cel shows that off pretty well, as Hamel falls from the tower
on which he was making his 'dramatic entrance.'

In addition to being a goof, manga/movie Hamel's also a huge jerk. ^_^
How could I not adore him? As he so often does, he's currently
using one of his allies--in this case, Sizer--as a projectile weapon.
(Reminds me of when I play Powerstone 2 with my roommate, on
Team Mode...)

My very own movie Sizer! ^-^ As I said with my TV Sizer, I never
really thought I'd get one of her, since cels of her tend to cost a
bit more than I'd be willing to give for her, but I managed to snag
this one at a decent price, and I really like the shot.
You can only see a touch of her wings and scythe, but it shows off her
armour and hair well, and it's such a nice face shot. It's also
got enough motion and action in the shot that it still appeals to me.
(I'm not a big fan of basic portrait shots, because I tend to find them
a little boring.)
You can also see her "S" badge, which
replaced the Mazoku badge after she switched sides.
Much to my delight,
after finally seeing the movie, I found that this is also a cel from the
opening credits. ^_^ Lucky-lucky!

This was my first movie cel of Sizer and Flute. I kept watching
it on Usagi's House, but couldn't decide if I wanted to go ahead and
buy it or not. Then, of course, there was a sale, and so I went for it.
I'm glad I did. ^_^ This is just one of those cels that always brings
a smile to my face.. Hamel's got some truly oddball plans in that
head of his.
Poor little abandoned doggies.. ;.;

Isn't Raiel just the cutest?
He's such a sweetie, and he's
especially fun in the manga timeline, where he gets so many more
opportunities to bleed out the nose. ^-^
On the other hand, I think I like his
hair colour a bit more in the TV series, just because there are
too many blondes running about.

I
love the expression. He looks so serious and determined. That's
our Raiel, Warrior of Love! Never give up, Raiel!
He tries
so hard; he really wants to be a good hero..

An opening credits shot, as Hamel walks along with various scenes playing
behind him. Nifty scene, and about as serious as Hamel gets during the whole
movie.
The art and colouring are just wonderful in this cel.
Such nice detail, and Hamel looks so grim. (He's pretending to be
TV Hamel! ^-^;;)

Here's Flute and her dog suit, as pictured above. ^-^;; Poor
little Flute always gets stuck with the bad cotumes and the bad
roles in Hamel's little plans.. She's such a cutie-head. ;.;
She just looks especially adorable in her little suit, with
that confused expression.

Kyaaa.. Another one of Flute in a costume for one of Hamel's
crazy ideas, moments before her 'power up' kicks in.
It especially reminds me of the video game,
during which you can put Flute in such an outfit (not to mention
dressing her up as an Ostrich . . Bonanza-chan!)
She's such a good-spirited
lass to go along with all of these plans.. (Even if she does occasionally
have to beat Hamel up a bit. ^-^;;)
