| This
story begins with Morisato Keiichi (who is at his school dorm) calling around for lunch.
He calls several places, but it still to early for delivery, so he tries frantically to
dial another number. By some twist of fate, he contacts the Relief Goddess Office, and
gets the surprise of his life when a young woman comes streaming through his mirror.
Belldandy (that is her name) grants him one wish. Thinking that it is a joke, Keiichi
wishes for a girl like her to live with him forever. The wish is granted and a contract is
made and enforced by the "Ultimate Force". Belldandy has to stay with Keiichi
now; however, Keiichi lives in a mens dorm which does not allow girls. They are promply
thrown out, and have to search for a new home. They find an old temple, and choose to live
there. It is there that we meet Belldandy's sisters and their adventures start. This is a
wonderfully romantic comedy with a twist. Everything is not as it seems, and everything is
done for love and a ring. Below, you can read a summery of each OAV episode as well as that of the movie. I do not have anything for the manga, since I own very few of them, but if anyone would like to write summeries for the manga, I would love to post them. OAV 01::Moonlight and Cherry Blossoms: As stated above, Belldandy comes into Keiichi's life due to a phonecall he made in a desperate attempt for a food delivery. Since she granted him the one wish, which resulted in her staying with him forever, they needed a new place to live since females weren't allowed in his dorm. They try without luck to find a new place to live, but Belldandy knows of a place (something she feels in her heart) and directs Keiichi there. Unfortunately Keiichi's motorcycle and sidecar are almost hit by a truck and Belldandy must use her powers to save them. She does just in time, but she exausts her energy and faints. Keiichi quickly gets her out of the now pouring rain and does everything in his power to keep her dry and warm. This also means that it leaves himself without anything to get dry and warm with, and he is soon hit with a fever and he too passes out. Belldandy awakens to see Keiichi passed out on the floor. Belldandy blaims herself for this, and quickly uses her powers to heal him. She then leaves his side and speaks with the spirit of the old temple. Once again, using her powers, she helps it restore itself to its original beauty. Keiichi awakens to find that things don't look the same, and Belldandy stating that they had been given permission to live there. One problem though... money. They only have enough to do so much and Keiichi begins to worry about what to do next. Belldandy calms him by saying that everything will be okay and that problem would soon be solved. Sure enough, right when you'd think they are about to get their first kiss, in walks Keiichi's younger sister Megumi. She informs Keiichi that she'll be attending his college soon and she was scouting out a place to stay, so she asks if she could stay with them while she looks for a place. Though Keiichi grumbles about it, he agrees, so Megumi gives him the money that she had for hotels and whatnot (40,000 yen). Then outta nowhere, Keiichi's senpai's show up and want to throw him and Belldandy a party. The party is a blast, but Keiichi takes a break from it and spends some quiet time with Belldandy on the porch as the moonlight is bright and the cherry blossoms are abundant. |

Aa! Megami-sama The Movie The movie starts as a fairy like creature frees the soul and powers of a mysterious being that was being held captive/imprisoned on the moon. Then the scene cuts to Keiichi who is in search of Belldandy. When he finds her, she is singing along with her guardian angel to help revive a dying tree. Her song is so beautiful that it captivates Keiichi as well as Skuld and Urd. Soon afterward, Keiichi and Bell make their way to school where Sora is starting up the initiation ceremony for new members into the motor club. spectators look on in awe as several vehicles pull up, then Bell and Keiichi do a little show with a bike and sidecar setup that shows off Bell's skills. Unfortunately, Ootaki and Tamiya scare everyone away with their loud rantings, and there are only about 4 new people who stay and still decide to join the club. Chihiro, scolds them (Ootaki and Tamiya) while Keiichi and Belldandy watch on, but the party must go on. All the new and old members are gathering together, drinking, and singing Karaoke. While Bell is in the kitchen, Keiichi tries to befriend one of the new members who looks down (Morgan) but he is yelled at and accused of trying to hit on her, so he decides to join Bell in the kitchen; however their quiet time his cut short when a very drunk Sora tells Bell it's her turn to sing. While Bell starts her song, Keiichi finds himself at the table with Megumi and Sora who are both drunk as skunks.They harrass him till all the sudden all the glasses shatter and Bell apologizes and leaves suddenly.
