Chapter 1

"I can't beleive you beat me eight times in a row!" Kento yelled at Emily. It had been a month since Tulfa had been destroyed but only a week since Ryo and Emily had been released from the hospital. Emily had explained that she had previous battles with Tulfa and his warlords. She had a red bandana over her forehead because of how much pain she had been given from the blow. But her permanent scratch was on her right cheek. It was the three claw marks from Kale's attack. So know thanks to him her nickname at school is Tiger Claw. Because every kid in the school had heard from her that she had gotten to close to a tiger and this was a result of getting to close to one. So Emily had started a poker game with only Kento and he had already lost $80 to her."That's it I quit,"he said as he got up from the table. Ryo and Cye walked in as Kento stalked out of the kitchen and into the living room. Cye looked at the counter of breakfast Emily had made and realized that nothing had been eaten by Kento."How did you manage to keep him from eating anything?"Cye asked as he sat down at the table with Ryo."I'm wondering the same thing," replied Ryo."All I did was challenge him to a eight games of poker and he lost $80 bucks to me,"Emily answered,"then he got mad and left as if breakfast wasn't even made." "He lost $80 dollars to you!"the two boys yelled in unison. She nodded."I should try that next time I'm trying to get Kento to wait for the others,"said Cye."Well since I already had my breakfast I'm going to the city with Tracker,"Emily told them. Before she left out the door she added " When I get back tell me if Mia called." (By the way Mia moved far away and gave her house to the ronins and Yuli is never in my fan fics)
