The Gift Chapter 3

***In the Netherrealms first aid***
"   That girl is stronger than we thought,"   said Kale. The warlords had brought
Emily back to the netherrealm and she had struggled before they finally
got her into a room."   But she got her share of scratchs,"   replied Sekhmet.
Meanwhile in the room they had put her in she was talking to a dynasty venom
wolf."   My name is Tracker, Emily,"   the wolf replied. But she didn't answer him at
all."   I saw the
fight,"   he said."   I also saw Kale grab you,"   he added,"   
you seemed frightned when the sword was near your neck."    Tears went down her
face."   I'm sorry I didn't
mean to make you cry,"   he apoligized."   It's just something that happened in my
past and last night,"   
she told him."   Will you tell me?"   he asked. Emily leaned up against the wall and
began her story. She
told him that when she was very young demons attacked
the whole town and her parents were sliced right in front of her eyes with a
sowrd. She also told of what had happened last night. She kept her promise to
her pet, Blazer that she would always be with him. But that night when she had
already gone to bed he had gone outside. He had a close encounter with someone
but when she had found him the next morning
he had been cut on the stomach and was dead."   That must have been heart
breaking,"   Tracker said when she was finished. She nodded in agreement. She
curled up with him and fell asleep.

***At Mia's house***
"   Ryo, it seems she left a note for you,"   said Rowen as he handed Ryo a sheet of
paper."   Read it out loud,
Ryo,"   said Mia. So he read it:

 Dear Ryo,

Blazer was murdered this morning. That's why I barely talked to anyone.
Escpecially you. I never got
to tell you guys something that I was going to tell you later but might as well
tell you now. I have a power sealed in me that is stronger than the armor of
inferno. That's why Tulfa sent out his goon squad
to get me. Another thing I never told you was that I
guess you never could see that on my drawings I put
your last name and that's because you five are my brothers. I'll miss you though
Ryo.

"   Guess we're taking a trip tomorrow,"   replied Sage. They all nodded in agreement.

***In the morning at the Netherrealm***

"   Watch it little one!"    howled Tracker. He had asked for a demo of her power and
she had accidently burnt one of his paws."   Sorry,"   she replied as she bandged it
up. Before he could say he accepted her apology the floor began to shake."   QUAKE
WITH FEAR!"   yelled a voice from below. Before Tracker could react Emily grabbed
him and they fell down with the floor."   That had to hurt,"   said Dais. They had
attacked the room
where Emily had been located."   If she's not hurt one bit you lose the bet,"    Kale
said to Anubis. Where all the rubble was a glowing light was beginning to glow.
The rubble went flying in every direction. And in the
middle of where the rubble was Tracker and Emily and
they weren't hurt one bit.
