The Gift Chapter 8

Sure enough Tracker had been right Tulfa was going to search for their armor
through them and if he didn't find them he was going to kill the ronins. Emily
was leaning up against the wall waiting for Tulfa to come. Next to her were her
temporary brothers and down near the ronins was Tracker lying down. What will
happen if I reveal that I have the armors? Emily asked herself, and what will
happen to my five brothers?" Emily, pay attention!" Kale said bringing her out of
thought. She looked up and realized that Tulfa had arrived." I will finally get
your armors now, ronins," Tulfa told the ronins." We
won't ever let you get the armors!" Ryo bravely answered. Ryo, you were always
the brave one and a stupid one of that, Emily said to herself. Tulfa let out a
burst of energy and blue streaks of something formed around the ronins causing
them to have more pain. The more Tulfa searched the more the ronin warriors got
hurt." If he keeps this up he'll kill them soon," Emily mumured." What you'd say,
Em?" asked
Kale who had just barely heard her." Nothing, I just need to go talk with Tracker
for a minute," she answered as she ran over to Tracker." Where's she going?" asked
Dais putting his eyes on Emily." She has
to go talk to Tracker," answered Sekhmet who had overheard her. When Emily got to
Tracker she knelt
down beside him." Their going to lose their lives soon
if he doesn't stop," Tracker said immediately." That's
why I have a plan," Emily said as she whispered her plans to him. When she
finished he nodded in agreement and got to his position. I hope this works,
Emily prayed as she watched him start the plan off.
" Since you don't have the armors I have no use for you five," said Tulfa. And we
all know what that means. Tulfa would have killed them right there if
Tracker hadn't had intercepted him with his howling blaster attack. The chains
broke from around the ronins and they slid to the floor. The warlords were in
front of Tulfa to deal with their traitor. Then they noticed that Emily was in
front of the ronins
but was facing them and not the ronins." Get out of our way, Emily!" ordered
Tulfa." To get to the ronins you'll have to get through me," she said." You
traitor!
" yelled Kale as he leaped at her. No sooner had he attacked that he ended up on
the wall next to them.
She took down all the warlords and now faced Tulfa.
" I'll show you what the legend meant about me," she said as her kanji appeared.
Tulfa and the ronins knew
that the kanji meant courage. Ryo got up weakly and called the inferno armor.
When the armor was all their and the ferver swords in his hands he stepped up
next to Emily. Emily attacked with her power of courage while Ryo attacked with
the Rage of Inferno.
It hit Tulfa on the chest and he went flying into the air. Then Ryo and Emily
fell to the ground. They
had finally won. Finally Emily woke up to find herself in a hospital bed and Ryo
right next to her which was already awake. Next to her bedside leaning over the
rail was Tracker who had a scar across one of his eyes." I thought you would
never wake up," said
Ryo." Same here," answered Tracker. Emily put her hand on her forehead and felt a
bandage across it." Kale
hit you in the head before he dissapeared along with Tulfa, the other warlords,
and the whole netherrealm,
" Ryo explained." I'm glad to see your both up," said a voice. They looked toward
the door and saw a middle-
aged doctor." My name is Dr. Wright and I was beginning to think I was going to
lose my first kid," 
she said." I got enough energy left to live," Emily
joked." I'm surprised how much your brothers have cared," she said." What do you
mean?" asked Ryo." Go take
a look for yourself their down in the cafeteria," she
replied. So Ryo and Emily got out of their beds and went down to the cafeteria
with Tracker. They walked
in without being noticed and overheard what the ronins were saying." I can't even
eat until I know that their okay," said Kento as he pushed a plate of food away
that was still full." You have to eat something, Kento," said Cye as he pushed the
plate back to him." I don't want you going hungry on the count of us," said a
voice. Kento whirled around to see Ryo leaning on Emily for support and Tracker
right next to them." Your okay," said Kento as he hugged them both." Come on Kento.
We only have one sister," he heard Ryo say. So he put them down and the
two injured siblings sat down and ate with the others
until they were full.
