Both worlds are combined into one, with one hell of a twist! Think of a world where weapons of mass destruction are outlawed and the sword and martial arts rule. That is, until a brilliant scientist make a machine that could create artificial ki, thus creating a new weapon. Now, imagine a few years later, when a group of scientists create an 'anti-ki' weapon for a group called OZ. Can you see where this is going? ^_~
